About Us. Owner and operator Robyn Kennedy has always been involved in creativity and design. Firstly, running a successful knitwear business throughout the eighties and nineties, felt that after 18years it was time for a change. Being a collector for many years, it appealed to her to open a retail business offering something a little different in furniture, lighting and accessories for the home. Eight years later and a market leader, things are set move ahead even further with the recent expansion into the shop next door. Opened in June 1998, Imagine This has become a leading source for Provincial furniture, accessories and unique lighting, specialising in 1940’s Tole chandeliers and crystal table lamps. The Imagine This philosophy emphasizes collecting special pre-loved antique and vintage pieces, creating a continual and passionate search to surround oneself with cherished belongings. Traveling the world over to unearth a wide collection of traditional and individual pieces, Imagine This also develops a wonderful range of exclusive soft furnishings, mirrors, table lamps and custom chandeliers to compliment their furniture.
